Order Cancellation Window

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel for free.

After 2 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We'll confirm your cancellation within 15 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM, Mon–Sat).

Cancellation Refunds

For prepaid orders: Cancellations are processed as store credit (valid for 180 days).

We do not refund to the original payment method for cancellations, as payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Store credit details:

  • Valid for 180 days from issue date
  • Linked to your email/phone
  • Use full amount or partial — unused balance stays active until expiry
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted to cash

Example: If you cancel a ₹1,699 order, you receive ₹1,699 in store credit to use on your next purchase.

Why 2 Hours?

We're print-on-demand. Once your order is confirmed:

  • Design files are prepared
  • Printing queue is scheduled
  • Production begins within 2-4 hours

After 2 hours, we can't stop the process without wasting materials.

What Happens After 2 Hours?

If your order is already in production:

  • Cancellation is not possible
  • The item will be printed and shipped to you
  • You can return it within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy)

Returns after production:

  • Exchange: ₹200 fee
  • Store credit: Product price minus ₹200
  • Bank refund: Product price minus ₹400

It's faster and cheaper to cancel within 2 hours than to return later.

Common Cancellation Scenarios

"I ordered the wrong size"

Within 2 hours: Cancel via WhatsApp, reorder correct size with your store credit
After 2 hours: Let it arrive, then exchange (₹200 fee)

"I changed my mind about the design"

Within 2 hours: Cancel via WhatsApp, get store credit
After 2 hours: Let it arrive, then return for store credit (−₹200 deduction)

"I found it cheaper elsewhere"

Within 2 hours: Cancel via WhatsApp
After 2 hours: Order cannot be cancelled

"Payment went through twice"

Any time: Contact us immediately. Duplicate charges are refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Important Notes

  • We're prepaid-only — All orders must be paid in advance. No Cash on Delivery.
  • Production is fast — Your 2-hour window starts from order confirmation, not payment.
  • Weekends count — If you order Saturday at 11 PM, production starts Sunday morning. Cancel before 1 AM if needed.
  • Sale items — Cancellation rules apply to all orders, including sale items.
